近年来,通过与医院和医生深度合作,标注、整理和发布大规模病理图像数据集,开展基于深度学习的医学图像处理(分割、检测)研究。具体主要开展乳腺癌组织学分级中的有丝分裂细胞核分割检测和腺体分割,以及视网膜眼底图像分割研究。主要论文如下:
