个人简介

鲍家定,1981.9生,博士研究生,副教授。研究方向一:从事于新型低维半导体材料性质的第一性原理计算以及气敏材料工作机理模拟等方面研究;以典型微纳传感器/半导体器件与芯片为研究体系,基于多尺度建模技术发展出了可实现“微观现象与机理探寻→材料设计与筛选→宏观器件设计”的高效、低成本普适研发技术并在实际科研项目研发中得到推广。长期与重庆大学光电工程学院陈显平教授团队合作培养研究生。欢迎有兴趣从事理论研究,有继续深造意向的学生报考该方向。研究方向二:主要从事车辆平顺性研究。近年来,主持广西自然科学基金项目1项,主持完成广西制造系统与先进制造技术重点实验室项目2项,主持完成广西教育厅项目1项。作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金项目3项,广西自然科学基金项目3项。在Journal of Applied Physics、Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics、IEEE Electron Device Letters、Nanotechnology、IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices、Applied Surface Science、Materials Letters、International Journal of Hydrogen Energy等学术期刊上发表相关学术论文10多篇,以第一作者或者通信作者发表SCI收录10多;获授权发明专利5项,获授权实用新型专利4项。联系邮箱:jdbao@guet.edu.cn
